Ken Tyler, former head coach Austrian National Team, he worked also as head coach at McGill & Windsor Universities in Canada as well as in other European countries Swiss, Austria, Italy. He was the founder and director of the International Hockey Institute in Montreal. He has been instructing hockey players of all ages and levels from beginners to established NHL'ers.

Jiri Svitak, IHCP sports director, responsible for the whole training – on ice and off ice. He graduated at Karl University, Prague as diplom icehockey coach (Masters). He has experience coaching professionally in Czech Republic, Austria, Germany.

Jiri Koluch, founder and general manager of IHCP. He graduated at University of Brno and played hockey professionally in Czech Republic and Austria. As coach he has experience coaching in Austria and Germany. Jiri is the European Pro Scout for NHL's Minnesota Wild.
